Scott Caan, who plays Scott Lavin, is much shorter and muscular than Scott Speedman, but something about his face looks similar.
Another set of actors who I found strikingly similar is Jeffrey Dean Morgan and Robert Downey, Jr. Seems like other people have seen this similarity as well.
